Every year more than 100,000 patients are cared for in intensive care units (ICUs) across Canada. ICUs are a vital part of our healthcare system and their quality of care is renowned the world over. At Ikaria Canada we believe maintaining this quality critical care depends on ongoing investment in research, innovation and the continual development of new therapies.

Times are changing in Canadian healthcare. With increasingly constrained budgets and decreasing levels of available healthcare resources, partnerships between the medical industry and research communities are now more necessary than ever to successfully develop new critical care technologies.
